Hot Air Ballooning is a weather dependent activity and may be cancelled at very short notice due to changing and unsuitable weather conditions. It is your responsibility to have the mobile phone you have given us as your contact with you and switched on to receive possible alterations or cancellation to your flight. Please monitor this phone the night before the flight and up to the time of boarding.
Outdoor clothes are recommended (avoid whites)
It is recommended you take out travel insurance to cover yourself for things such as medical emergencies (the supplier does accept doctors' certificates), or anything else that may prevent you from arriving at the pick-up point on time.
